Playwright JOEY BRENNEMAN introduces her work.






Jenny Lyn Bader's play Mrs. Stern Wanders the Prussian Library is currently playing at Luna Stage in West Orange, NJ. Her solo show, Equally Divine, will be part of the United Solo.


Deborah Savadge's Dog in the Dressing Room can be seen this fall at the Old Church Theatre in Bradford, Vermont.

Ginger Grace played Amanda in Glass Menagerie at the Wild Project this fall.


Glenda Frank will travel to Serbia this month to speak at the the International Theatre Critics Seminar in Beograd and Novi Sad, Serbia, in conjunction with the Bitef Theatre Festival. The theme is The Critic is Present Or: Towards an Embodied Criticism. 

Detroit Repertory presented the Midwest Premiere of Fengar Gael's play, Devil Dog Six. Many of us saw and admired the New York premiere which featured Gallerians: Meghann Garmany, Stephen Bradbury, and Ginger Grace.

Jon Krupp will begin the season playing Roat in Wait Until Dark in Maine.

Craig Waletzko performed in the National Company of Kinky Boots.

Jenny Lyn Bader's new play in verse, developed in part at the Gallery, was an offering of the Turn to Flesh company.

Gallery actors appeared in salon readings of three new plays by Gallery playwrights this season. Fengar Gale's play Sycorax inaugurated the new salon series. Betsy Johnson played the title role. Jenny Lyn Bader's new play was heard in December. The cast: Ginger Grace, Jon Krupp, Jed Peterson and Amy Wilson. Martine Sainvil's new comic drama, Venice is Sinking, was third in the series. The cast: Julie Carpenter, Karen Eilbacher, Jon Krupp and Kendall Rileigh.

Jenny Lyn Bader is a writer-producer of The Church of the Why Not. Gallery actor Jon Krupp was among the cast. Parts of the script were developed in the Gallery.

Glenda Frank's new play, developed at the Gallery this fall, had its first public reading at Julia's Reading Room.

Deborah Savadge's one-act, Jean Is Coming to Live With Us, was given a reading at Hudson View Gardens by the Geese, in collaboration with the Bloom Project.

Owen Panetierri's play Vestments of the Gods, was honored at this year's New York Fringe Festival. Three Gallery actors, Sam Perwin, Scott Schafer and Perri Yaniv performed. Joey Brenneman directed..

Kendall Rileigh plays Golda Meier in the Broadway touring production of Golda's Balcony. She appears at New Victory this spring.

Jed Peterson appeared on Elementary (CBS) in May.

Dara O'Brien is the recipient of the Thomas Barbour Playwrights Award for her play Early Sunday Morning. The award is given by the Episcopal Actors' Guild in partnership with Resonance Ensemble.
